Open Throws Training
This training is designed to give throwers the opportunity to throw in small groups and work on technique under the guidance of Georgian Court University Throws Coach Joe Napoli. Joe is proud to annouce the addition of his daughter Brittany to his throws club coaching staff. Brittany just graduated from the University of Tennessee and will help coach the javelin throwers.
*In order to participate in these training sessions you must be a 2012 USATF registered member
and sign the Liability Waiver (AWRL) Form...bottom of this page. Please bring this info with you for your first session.

Please do not just show up...contact Coach Napoli with your interest to attend specific Sessions. Your name will be left at the GCU Security Gate for entry. The Security Guard will then let you proceed to the track and field facility. Throws are held at the far end of the track behind the solar panels.

**In the summer months we also offer training during the week from 5-8pm. If you have a special request just let us know so we could try and work something out.
